Keto Swiss chocolate roll.


(Makes Qty 4 Rolls)


  • ¼ Cup Coconut Flour *extra needed if necessary, see notes 
  • 3 Tbsp of Powdered Sugar Substitute 
  • 1/2 Keto Pint Dark Chocolate Bar, Melted 
  • 3 Tbsp Butter. Melted 
  • 1/4 tsp of Sea Salt 


  • 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar Substitute 
  • 4 Tbsp Butter, Softened 
  • 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream 
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 


  • 1/2 Keto Pint Dark Chocolate Bar, Melted 



Step #1: In a medium bowl, add coconut flour, powdered sugar substitute, melted  Keto Pint Dark Chocolate Bar, butter and salt. Combine until a sponge like  mixture forms – should be able to hold its shape. *Note: If mixture is too  wet, add 1 Tbsp of coconut flour until all moisture is soaked up and a  sponge like cake is formed.

Step #2: Take your base mixture and form into a 6x6 square in between two  pieces of parchment paper.

Step #3: Cut into 4 equal, 3x3 squares and set aside 

Step #4: In a separate bowl, using a hand mixer, mix the powdered sugar  substitute, butter, heavy cream and vanilla to make a thick whipped  cream frosting.

Step #5: Spread the frosting evenly on each of the chocolate squares. Roll up each square to form a Swiss cake 

Step #6: Coat in melted Keto Pint Dark Chocolate Bar. Once chocolate is  set, take a bite to reveal that iconic chocolate swirl!
