Keto No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars

Keto Pint No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars

If you love chocolate and peanut butter as much as we do, you have to try these No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars! The best thing about this dessert is it requires absolutely no baking! Whether you are a baking pro or just a beginner, you are sure to have a delicious snack in the end.

(Makes 9-16 Bars)

  • 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla

Step 1: Sift together the 1/2 cup of almond flour, 1/4 cup of coconut flour, 2 tablespoons of confectioner’s sweetener (or powdered allulose), and 1/8 teaspoon of salt. If you do not have a sifter, you can use a mesh strainer.

Step 2: Mix in 1/2 cup of MaraNatha No Sugar or Salt Added Peanut Butter (or any other nut butter) and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. If you want an extra peanut buttery flavor, add in an extra 1/4 cup (make sure to add the nutrition facts for the 1/4 cup of peanut butter, divide by how many bars you cut the recipe into, and add to our nutrition facts below).

Step 3: Line your 9x9 baking dish or cake pan with parchment paper. This prevents the peanut butter mixture from sticking.

Step 4: Evenly spread/press your peanut butter mixture into the baking dish. It should be approximately one centimeter in thickness.

Step 5: Place in the fridge for approximately 30 minutes so it can firm up.

Step 6: Melt two Keto Pint Dark Chocolate Bars in the microwave with one teaspoon of peanut butter (or any other nut butter). To do this, break the chocolate up into smaller pieces and place in a microwave safe bowl. Then, heat the two for no more than 30 seconds at a time and mix in between intervals until fully melted.

Step 7: Take your baking dish out of the fridge and pour the melted chocolate on top. You can spread the chocolate evenly across the peanut butter mixture using the bottom of a spoon or a rubber spatula. To even out the top, gently tap your baking dish a few times on your kitchen counter.

Step 8: Wait 30 minutes until the chocolate has set. If you notice the chocolate is not setting, place your baking dish in the fridge until the chocolate sets. Then slice into 9-16 bars. If you don’t wait long enough, the chocolate will reconnect and you will have one giant no bake peanut butter chocolate bar. If you wait too long, your chocolate will crack unevenly when you try to cut it.

Step 9: Place the no bake peanut butter chocolate bars into the freezer for two hours until completely firm.

Step 10: Once completely firm, enjoy! You can serve with our peanut butter cup or chocolate Keto Pint ice cream.

For the peanut butter, we used MaraNatha No Sugar or Salt Added Peanut Butter. You are free to use any other keto friendly peanut butter or any other nut butter as well.

To be extra fancy, use a vegetable peeler to make chocolate shavings and sprinkle them on top. You can put Keto Pint Peanut Butter Cup Bites or Keto Pint Dark Chocolate Chips on top as well.

If you use alternative nut butters or brands, the nutrition facts may change.

You can serve with any flavor of Keto Pint ice cream. Our favorites for this recipe are peanut butter cup and chocolate
