(Fills a 9x13 Pan)
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 ⅓ cup of brown sugar substitute
  • Holiday sprinkles


Holiday keto chocolate toffee recipe


Step #1: In a saucepan on low heat, combine butter and brown sugar substitute. Mix until butter melts and sugar is dissolved.

Step #2: Stir constantly until the mixture begins to bubble. To ensure your toffee becomes candy you can check it using a candy thermometer, you want to reach 300 degrees F.

Step #3: When the desired temperature is reached, remove from heat. Continue to stir to make sure the butter and sugar do not separate.

Step #4: Pour the Toffee base into a 9x13 silicone or lined pan. 

Step #5: Melt 2 Keto Pint Dark Chocolate Bars and evenly pour on top of toffee.  

Step #6: Add a dusting of sprinkles on top of the chocolate.

Step #7: Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.  

Step #8: Break Toffee into several pieces.
