- 2 packages of keto friendly graham crackers and a few extra to crumble on top
- 2 cups sweetener
- 1 cup butter
- 4 Keto Choc Dark Chocolate Bars
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay out the graham crackers on the baking sheet.
- Melt the butter & sweetener on the stove then pour on top of the crackers.
- Place in the oven for 4 minutes. Remove from the oven, turn off the oven, and lay 3 Keto Choc Dark Chocolate Bars evenly over the top.
- Place the baking sheet back in the oven for 1 minute then remove and spread around the chocolate with a spatula.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbles on top of the chocolate.
- Break up the last chocolate bar & lay evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle the marshmallows over the top and use a culinary torch or broiler to toast the marshmallows.
- Completely cool & leave on the countertop to harden overnight.
- Break up into large pieces & enjoy!
