This Dark Chocolate S'mores Bark is a delicious dessert coated in our decadent Keto Choc Dark Chocolate. It is a rich, chocolatey treat perfect for a summer night.

Ingredients

2 packages of keto friendly graham crackers and a few extra to crumble on top
2 cups sweetener
1 cup butter
4 Keto Choc Dark Chocolate Bars
2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay out the graham crackers on the baking sheet.
Melt the butter & sweetener on the stove then pour on top of the crackers.
Place in the oven for 4 minutes. Remove from the oven, turn off the oven, and lay 3 Keto Choc Dark Chocolate Bars evenly over the top.
Place the baking sheet back in the oven for 1 minute then remove and spread around the chocolate with a spatula.
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbles on top of the chocolate.
Break up the last chocolate bar & lay evenly over the top.
Sprinkle the marshmallows over the top and use a culinary torch or broiler to toast the marshmallows.
Completely cool & leave on the countertop to harden overnight.
Break up into large pieces & enjoy!
