Keto red velvet pancakes with sweet cream cheese filling

(Makes 4- 5” Pancakes)


  • 1/2 Cup coconut flour 
  • 1Tbsp cocoa powder 
  • 1 Tsp baking powder 
  • 1/2 Tsp salt 
  • 1/4 Cup almond milk 
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla 
  • 4 Drops of liquid sweetener  
  • 1 Tsp red food coloring 


  • 2 Oz cream cheese, softened 
  • ¼ Cup powdered sugar substitute 
  • 3 Tbsp heavy whipping cream 

Toppings (Optional):

  • Sprinkling of powdered sugar substitute


Step #1: Sift together dry ingredients - coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and set dry ingredients aside.

Step #2: In a separate bowl whisk wet ingredients - water, almond milk, eggs, Keto Pint Dark Chocolate, vanilla, sweetener and red food coloring.

Step #3: Add wet ingredients into the dry and mix. 

Step #4: Once combined, pour the batter onto a greased skillet and cook on both sides.

Step #5: Make the filling by whipping together cream cheese, powdered sugar substitute, and heavy cream. 

Step #6: Assemble – pancake first, then cream, then pancake, and so on. 

Step #7: Top with a dusting of powdered sugar substitute and Keto Pint Dark Chocolate Bar shavings.
