Keto Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream Cake

Instructions:
STEP 1: Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8” pie dish, set aside.
STEP 2: In a medium bowl, mix together nut butter, sugar substitute, eggs and salt. When dough forms fold in your Keto Pint Dark Chocolate Chips.
STEP 3: Scoop dough into pie tin and use your fingers to mold a crust. *To make cookie crumbs for decorating, use about 2 tablespoons of dough and bake like a cookie, crumble up at the end
STEP 4: Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Let cool completely before moving on to next step.
STEP 5: For the filling, simply thaw one pint of Keto Pint Ice Cream, I used Cookie Dough Flavor. When ice cream has reached a consistency where it is easily spreadable, evenly spoon onto crust. Place Cake bake into freezer until solidified.
STEP 6: For the toppings you can decorate however you like! We melted ¼ cup of chocolate chips to create a drizzle, sprinkled some cookie crumbs and dropped some pieces of a Keto Pint Chocolate bar for extra goodness! Have fun with it!
