Take a look at what we use to craft our ice cream.

No added sugar, no problem.

Allulose

Allulose is a rare, naturally-occurring sweetener used in place of sugar. Despite the similar sweet taste of sugar, allulose does not raise blood sugar levels and is nearly calorie free!

Monk Fruit

A small, round fruit native to southern China that has been used for centuries in Eastern medicine. It is 250 times as sweet as sucrose, contains zero calories, and does not boost blood sugar levels.

Steviol Glycosides

Also knows as stevia extract, steviol glycosides are derived from the Stevia Rebaudiana Bertoni plant native to South America. This natural sweetener has similar components to monk fruit.
