To be eligible for a return, we ask that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your purchase. After the 14 days we are unable to offer a refund or replacement for damaged product.
Keto Pint cannot be responsible for damage or loss of products due to unavailable recipient or incorrect address information, or theft. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if you meet these conditions and there is damage to the product. Please provide proof of damage when emailing email@example.com. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damages and issues
Damages covered by our refund policy include missing products, incorrect products, and factory errors. Our return policy is not inclusive of shipping damages , including melting product and smashed boxes. Through our partnership with Route, you have the ability to protect your purchase through the shipping process upon checkout if you choose to add insurance.
Once you have emailed email@example.com with photos, we will let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
