Refund & Returns Policy

We value all our customers and want to make sure you enjoy your purchase! Please reach out to us at info@ketofoods.com if your Keto Foods experience is anything less than excellent. Keto Foods does not accept online returns. All sales are final. Returns are unavailable due to the requirement of shipping our products with dry ice.

The best way to ensure your order is covered from loss, damage, and theft is to purchase Route Shipping Protection at checkout. Keto Foods cannot be responsible for damage or loss of products due to unavailable recipient or incorrect address information, or theft.  You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if you meet these conditions and there is damage to the product. Please provide proof of damage when emailing info@ketofoods.com. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ketofoods.com.


Damages and issues
Through our partnership with Route, you have the ability to protect your purchase through the shipping process upon checkout if you choose to add insurance. Keto Foods is not required to reship or refund damaged orders without Route protection.


Refunds
Refunds are typically not issued, but are reviewed on a case by case basis. Once you have emailed info@ketofoods.com with photos, we will let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
