2 pints Keto Pint Butter Pecan Ice Cream
4 bars of Keto Choc Dark Chocolate
¼ cup coconut oil
¼ cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

Take 2 pints of Keto Pint Butter Pecan ice cream, open the lid, remove the seal and microwave the ice cream to soften, for about 30 seconds at 50% power.
Fill the softened ice cream in the ice pop molds. It should fill about 8 ice pops. Insert the ice sticks in the respective slot.
Carefully transfer the mold to a large tray and freeze for up to 8 hours until completely frozen.
Chop the dark chocolate bars roughly and transfer to a medium glass bowls along with coconut oil. Melt the chocolate in the microwave for up to 2 minutes in a 30 second interval, mixing in between. Transfer the melted chocolate in a tall glass, with a wide mouth that can easily accommodate the ice pops.
Line a large tray with parchment paper and set aside. Take out the ice pops from freezer and carefully remove from the molds.
Dip each ice pops in the melted chocolate and place it on the parchment paper.
Fill the remaining melted chocolate in a zip pouch and cut the tip. Drizzle the chocolate over the ice pops and immediately sprinkle the chopped pecans to adhere.
Serve the ice pops immediately or freeze until serving.

Notes

1. Use any kind of ice pop molds for variety or even a small paper cup works well.

2. Instead of sprinkling the chopped pecans, mix it along with melted chocolate for dipping.
