  • ¼ tsp of apple spice seasoning
  • 1 cup Keto Pint Sea Salt Caramel ice cream
  • 30g low carb protein powder
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 10 Gala apple drops (or  to taste)



STEP 1: Place all ingredients in the blender.

STEP 2: Blend until the texture is very smooth.

STEP 3: Serve with a cinnamon sprinkle and walnuts!
