Keto ice cream floats are a delicious spring treat. A healthy, yet decadent dessert, the cherry chip ice cream float will leave you with a sweet, satisfying feeling.

8 strawberries
2 tsp. allulose sweetener
4 scoops Keto Pint Cherry Chip Ice Cream
2 cups club soda
½ cup whipped cream

Instructions

In a medium bowl, add 5 – 6 fresh strawberries and reserve some for topping. Further add allulose sweetener and muddle the strawberries.
Divide the muddled strawberries between two tall glasses.
Add 2 scoops of Keto Pint Cherry Chip Ice Cream to each glass.
Fill the glasses with club soda and top with whipped cream.
Garnish with halved strawberries and serve immediately.
