This recipe specifically makes two mini waffles in any shape. To make a standard size Belgium Waffle, we recommend doubling or tripling the recipe. You can also double, triple, or quadruple the recipe to make lots of mini waffles for family and friends.
This recipe makes a thick waffle mixture. You may need to use a knife to spread the mixture onto the waffle maker. The mixture also may dry out over time. If you notice your mixture is drying out, melt some additional butter and mix it in. If you prefer a more buttery waffle, double the amount of butter used from the start (add 100 calories and 11 grams of fat to the nutrition facts).
