In a large bowl, whisk eggs and monk fruit sweetener until combined. Further add melted butter, almond flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Whisk the almond flour mixture until combined without any lumps.
Scoop out 1 ½ tablespoon of batter and place at the center of hot waffle cone maker. Close the lid and let it cook for a minute until golden brown.
Open the waffle cone maker, transfer the cooked waffle using spatula to a clean flat surface.
Using the cone roller, with the help of paper towel, roll the hot waffle into a cone and press along the edges to adhere. Work this process as quick as possible since the waffle cone can be rolled only when it is hot.
Transfer the rolled waffle along with cone roller to a cooling rack. Meanwhile repeat the process with remaining batter.
Remove the cone roller once the waffle cone was crisp and set.
