- ½ cup keto granola
- 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
- ⅓ cup almond butter
Filling
- 1 cup Keto Pint Butter Pecan Ice Cream
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
Topping
Instructions
- Lightly spray or line a muffin tin
- Pulse blend together all ingredients for the crust
- Transfer mixture into muffin tin cups
- Blend or mix together all filling ingredients
- Pour filling mixture on top of crust
- Spoon extra top layer of Keto Pint ice cream
- Freeze until hardened
- Remove from freezer, serve, and enjoy!
