This Salted caramel brownie skillet is a low carb, gluten free, keto friendly dessert recipe that is great for any celebration. It's the perfect combination of sweet and salty.
Combine the butter and Keto Choc Dark Chocolate Bar together. Melt in 30 second increments in the microwave until melty and smooth or over low heat on the stovetop. Set aside.
Add the eggs to another bowl and beat with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add the chocolate mixture to the eggs and mix again until everything combined.
Slowly mix the remaining dry ingredients into the wet mixture until everything comes together. Pour the mixture into a greased skillet.
Bake for 14-18 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let Cool.
To make the caramel sauce, combine everything together in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until everything begins to thicken. Remove from the heat.
Once cooled you can store in an air-tight container in the fridge & warm up when you’re ready to use.
