½ cup almond flour
¼ cup cacao powder
½ tsp baking powder
¾ cup monk fruit or sweetener of your choice
¾ cup almond butter
¼ cup chopped

1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Preheat oven to 350F.
Keto Choc Dark Chocolate Bar and nut butter to a heat-proof saucepan and heat in 30 second increments, stirring well between each one, until completely smooth and melted. In a large bowl, beat the eggs together until completely combined and frothy. Slowly add in the chocolate mixture, whisking constantly. Then slowly add in the dry ingredients.
Add the batter to an 8x8 lined baking dish and bake for 14-16 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
While the brownies are cooling, leave the
Keto Pint Strawberry Ice Cream out on the counter to thaw. Once cooled, spread the ice cream on top of the brownies. Then drizzle the melted chocolate and crushed freeze-dried strawberries over the top.
Place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Before serving, let the brownies thaw for 10-15 mins on the counter, before cutting into slices. Enjoy!
