3 tbsp almond flour
¼ tsp coconut flour
½ tsp baking powder
2 tbsp monk fruit or granulated sweetener of choice
1 large egg
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tbsp lemon zest
½ tsp vanilla
Pinch of sea salt
2 tbsp finely diced strawberries

Grease a mug and add the egg, beating well.
Add in almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and sweetener and mix.
Add in lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla, sea salt, and finely diced strawberries. Mix well until combined.
Microwave for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes, depending on your microwave. Let the cake cool for 1 minute.
In a small bowl, let the 1/4 cup of
