No sugar added dark chocolate peppermint patties

(Makes 6 Patties)
  • ⅓ cup of powdered sugar substitute
  • 2 tbsp of heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ tsp peppermint extract
  • Sprinkles (Optional)



Step 1: Mix together powdered sugar, heavy cream, and peppermint extract until a thick paste forms. 

Step 2: Using a cookie scoop, make six equal size balls with the paste – only filling the scoop half way. 

Step 3: Use your finger to flatten each mound, freeze for 10 minutes. 

Step 4: Melt Keto Pint Mint Chocolate bar and use the chocolate to cover the mint discs. 

Step 5: Before the chocolate is set, add sprinkles.  

Step 6: Freeze

Step 7: Enjoy with friends!
